1. Service Agreement By requesting a quote or scheduling a delivery with Ruiz Earth and Gravel, you agree to the following terms. We specialize in the transportation and delivery of 12-yard loads of dirt, sand, gravel, and related construction materials.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes are based on the delivery address and material type provided by the customer.
Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs or material availability at the time of delivery.
Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Delivery and Site Access
Customers must provide a clear and safe path for our 12-yard dump trucks.
Ruiz Earth and Gravel is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, driveways, or sidewalks if the customer directs the truck to drive over them.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the drop-off location is legal and accessible.
4. Material Quality We source our materials (Select Fill, Top Soil, Limestone, etc.) from reputable local suppliers. While we strive for consistency, natural variations in color and texture are normal for earth and gravel products.
5. Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any delivery cancellations or rescheduling.
6. Liability Ruiz Earth and Gravel’s liability is limited to the cost of the material and delivery fee. We are not liable for project delays or secondary damages resulting from delivery timing or material placement.
